What a killer day. More or less zero wind and plenty of fish to be caught. On the water early enough to have to put the lights on till we got to our first spot and off the water just before I had to put them back on... Long day but the cooler weather sure makes it enjoyable.

Topwater was really steady for a good part of the morning. I ended up catching the biggest of the day on a Topwater plug. Madi was initially killing me on quantity especially the Topwater but by days end we evened out. Caught 53 total. 15 Smallies and 38 Large Mouths. I never seen a Striper all day. I didn't even see one jump. Jerks baits, mid depth divers, topwaters, texas rigged, shakey heads and drop shoting.

The LMB's are getting FATTTT. Like ready to explode. lol A couple caughed up 3/4" - 1" minnows in the boat. Pretty small stuff but they must be finding them by the boat loads.
