I am new to Maryland, just got stationed here and would love to jump back into the fishing scene. I loved fishing for sharks down in florida, everything catch and release. I am just wondering if anyone could shed some pointers on any good spots, I do not have a boat so it would all have to be shore or pier/bridge. I am also used to chumming for sharks but not sure if that can be done in MD. Also I would LOVE some stripers (rockfish i guess here) and it would definitely not be catch and release....beer batter fish and chips more like it.
