First Large mouth Bass at Lake Mead

Caught my first Lake Mead lmb today. It made my whole morning! I came across a cove with about 5-7 sizeable bass on spawn beds in really shallow water. I tossed everything I had at them and they would just get spooked they were chasing away other bass that were swimming around so I started dropping a Senko over a rock formation and this one attacked it. I'm super happy. I'll be going again next weekend before Sun up again. I also almost stepped on this guy trying to get a snag undone. Anyone know what kind of snake it is? It was about 5 ft long. Tan with black spots going down the length of its body.

Growing up in Boulder City we referred to that snake as a "Bull snake" completely harmless and makes for a cool pet...I had one for years. When you first catch one they might snap a couple times..After that you can handle them and they are very docile
