Vole infested garden

The Ramik seems to have helped a great deal in the garden, but I have noticed that our lawn in front has vole trailes in 4 places.  Now I'll have to figure a way to remedy that.

We'll have to think about the cat.  We're gone so much of the time we didn't want to have to worry about feeding animals, or them destroing our property.

 Luckily our feral cats have 'behaved'. We never feed them very much since we want them to hunt those voles. We do have a fish pond in our yard so we get a lot wildlife that comes in for drinks. I just need to rehome Mom and her newest kittens. Hate to have to have 4 cats a year to get shots and neutered every year - that gets pricey for sure. I'll keep looking for takers. 

Next on our list of gardening projects - we hope to enlarge our greenhouse space as we have really nice success with the space we have. So next year I may not be using the bale gardening technique. Harbor Freight said if they get a damaged one in or a maybe returned that is in same size as the one we have they'd make us a deal on it. Jeff says he's pretty sure he can make use of one to enlarge the one we have so long as critical parts aren't damaged/missing. We'll see how this all works out - but it's a plan nonetheless.
