WooHoo, that's the next step get me a motor on my tube, lol. I recall a similiar discusion on this forum sometime last summer. Or maybe it was on the Utah board? Can't remember, but that post had all the info you would need including links to the "regulations" and more discussion of such. Hopefully someone can provide a link to that post for you.
