You can get any of the larger pipe clamping supplies at a plumbing or electrical supply house. The fire extinguishe clamps are a little harder to find. You may want to find out who does the fire extinguisher servicing at your work and ask them where you might find them.

Take a look on the tag that is on the extinguisher so that you can see the last inspection date. That will give you a clue as to when the person will be back. (once a year). If it is too far off in the future, then give them a call. Their number will be displayed on the inspection ticket that is attatched to the extinguisher.
