I have been known for targeting them bait fish and then going out to deaper waters and using them for bigger fish...
It is amazing to catch a minnow that big. I think my first or second pic I posted (not entered) was a rainbow shiner about the same size....
those little bait steelers are hard to catch....
congradulations that too is no easy task to pull up. you have to set the hook just right to land them...
