I dont know. Maybe a big swimbait would work. For imitating a kokanee I'd try and get a dark back and a light belly. Color isn't that important in deep water, but I'd try and get that dark/light contrast. That lateral line is important I'm sure. Here is a link to a company that makes some really good swimbaits. I've not tried them for lakers, so let me know if you do!
