You probably know about the four old dams that everybody agrees should be removed, restoring hundreds of miles of salmon habitat. Everybody except the dams' owner, PacifiCorp. Well, that utility had to get a permit from California before it could get the dams relicensed. But suddenly last week PacifiCorp pulled the permit application. No explanation. No detals. We'll dig to the bottom of this and let you know what's happening.[/size][/#008000][/font]
