Interest in BFT Idaho Ice Fishing Contest

I like the idea, but I can see that there would be several ways for people to cheat (where there's a will there's a way).

I'm not sure I understand the 3 species rule (#6). I can tell you right now, all I ever get through the ice are trout (varying species), an occasional salmon (when fishing on Cascade) and perch.
