Fished the state park area from shore, west of Sailboat Beach from 10:00a - 1:30p. Weather-wise it was a perfect late winter day; mixed clouds, nice left-to-right breeze, clear water. COLD water though... 37* F when we arrived , but warming up to 40* F in the shallows by the end. We got a handful of holdover, planter Rainbows. Nothing to write home about, but they were colored up nicely. All came on the Balance Leech (bruised) suspended about 6ft below an indicator.
