] I think we borderline finatics....LOL
I will go fishing every week and 2-3 times a week if I can. So there is no doubt that I would be at risk. I try to keep my consumption down to just under a pound per week. and my consumption from some lakes I keep down to 0 pounds per week.
If I dont like the smell of my fresh caught fish I wont keep them, if my gills dont smell like gills and my bass dont smell like bass, perch like perch, or I smell any thing funky about them I wont eat them and will throw them back. the smell is an alarm signal for me. I dont know if there is any fact to it, I am more worried about getting collera from raw human sewage getting in to the lake or river along with the aditional toxic waist.
