I didn't eat any of those guys, but I did have some my buddy Jerry smoked on his grill. I know a lot of guys, including myself, who can cook them some serious trout... but I tell you, Jerry's is special!
I had read you bought the yearly and I have it as well. We should get up to Utah and throw some flies... question is WHERE? There are so many spots I'd like to go. It is hard to narrow it down.
I also want to get up to the Ruby Marshes sometime this summer. I've been threatening to go for years, but have never made it. I am hoping to make it this year.
