The ice where I got the carp was a bit sketchy, I actully put my leg through on the edge at Alexander. The ice at Blackfoot is still good on the south end (I havn't fished the north end). Pali
es ice sucks bad with the slush. I havn't been down to preston since Christmas so im not sure, I hear its got bad edges. I hope it gets cold, I have had a blast ice fishing this year, I dont want to stop yet! Be safe and go with a someone, they might save you.
