Your youth can only take you so far. I started fishing younger than you and I was smart enough to read up on as many regs as I could.
I'm only 19 and I am still constantly asking about certain rules and wording in the guildbooks to better protect our waters. It may be I just respect and love the art of fishing far more than you but I'm rather shocked at your arrogance man
