I notice this past season that some of my lures, no matter if they were plugs, spoons or crank bait seemed to work better with buck tail on the end. I'm thinking of putting it on more of my lures. Has anyone seen the same thing or did I just get lucky?

In the Jersey Salt water we use bucktail on our teasers most of the time and 70% of the time the fish will be caught on the teaser bucktail has a natural look in the water and has a great action

[cool][green][size 3]You just reminded me of something that I would do years ago, and that is using a strip of pork rind like you are using a buck tail. I guess the fish like the extra action.[/size][/green]

I'm going to get some bucktail and tie it on the back treble on at least a third of my lures and see what happens next season. Good winter project for me. Honey do list is light for me this winter. [cool]
