1 pound ground moose meat
2 cups cooked rice
1 each chopped red & green peppers
1 large chopped onion
1 28 oz. can of diced tomatoes
1 tsp. chilli powder 1
tsp. salt
freshly ground pepper
Saute onion and peppers in small amount of oil and butter. Add meat, fry until browned, add all other ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve with crusty brown bread and a salad.
