It's time for the biggest and best: The Annual Canyon Lake Spring Team Bass Tournament; Saturday, March 6, 2004. This is an "open" tournament for all weekend anglers who enjoy a little competition and the possibility of cashing a check at the end of the day. For those that have always thought about fishing a tournament but never have, this is the event for you. No Pro's to compete against. Relaxed atmosphere.
Entry Fee: $100.00/boat (max. 2 person teams) Payback: Guaranteed to be no less than $1,000.00 for 1st place. Optional Big Bass Pot will pay : $250.00 for Big Largemouth & $250.00 for Big Smallmouth. All bass species of 14" or larger are eligable. Boats are released by numbers at "first good light". Earliest registrations receive earliest boat numbers.
Headquarters for early registration is Fisherman's Corner Tackle, 21910 FM 306 at Potter's Creek Rd., (210) 213-2534. Stop by Fisherman's Corner and fill out your registration form. While you're there, check out the largest selection of quality, professional tackle and lures of any dealer in the entire area.
Check-in and/or registration tournament morning will be at Jacob's Creek Park beginning at 5:00 AM. Weigh-in closes at 3:00 PM.
