Conacoke Inlet.

Put in at plymouth today at the inlet. Worked every weed bed on both sides for 3 miles. Worked two color worms on the lilies, Black Lizard , creature bait in a Texas rig and I threw two color frogs as well. Nada-Nada. Went to my local bait shop in town and the owner and one customer was in. Owner wasn't much help but the local guy told me that they are messing with the river levels and thats why it's tough fishing. Also looks like I need to run up river to some smaller streams that connect in or find swamp draining into the river. Also need to run a rattle trap , which I haven't pulled out.[blush] Stupid of me as it's stained water big time. See what next week brings. So what are you locals throwing this time of year??
