Jordanelle 12/2/17
#1
Fished Jordanelle today on my own, maybe 7 or so other boats launched also.
2 browns, 2 rainbows, and about 25 perch but only one of them keeper size.
One brown on perch jig.
One brown and bow on clown Rapala.
Other bow on bottom bouncer while searching for perch.
All fish released.
Very nice day to go boating!

It was a great day today! Hardly any wind. Some friends and I fly fished from the shore and brought in some okay browns and bows and I landed a monster brown on a chironomid right before we headed out!

Fly fished Rock Cliffs Saturday and caught and released this nice brown. He took a olive balanced leach under a slip indicator.

Nice fish! I was surprised to catch one on the chironomid after they’d been taking eggs exclusively the last few times I’ve been up. I tried a bugger for about 30 mins and nothin so I switched back to the nymph rig and landed a nice brown. Ended up being the best fish I’ve gotten on my fly rod so far clocking in at 23.5”
