So while I'm waiting for the warm season I'm dreaming of setting up my new (to me) pontoon boat. I got a 2006 24' party barge.
For those out there with pontoons, what are your must have accessories for your boat? I need to add a couple pole holders and find a way to mount two downriggers (have the riggers, just need to find a mount that will work).
One drawback is there isn't a lot of room to reach off the back of the boat except the one corner. On the positive side it does have a 4' deck on the front. This is great for still fishing, but not so great for trolling.
Also, if someone happens to have some good mounts that would work for the riggers I have a pair of Scotty gimbal mounts that I would trade straight across for them....
