Fly-Fishing Show slated
for March 6-7 in Ontario
ONTARIO CALIFORNIA-- The subject is fly-fishing and it will be covered virtually non-stop when the Fly-Fishing Show comes to the Ontario Convention Center March 6-7 with an arena full of new tackle, destinations, and seminars.
This is The Fly-Fishing Show's second annual appearance at the massive Ontario Convention Center. Daily admission is $12 adults and $2 for children under age 12.ΓΏ Show hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Each admission is eligible for a free drawing with the grand prize an 8-day trip for two to Yan Kee Way Lodge in Chile, part of Southern Chile Expeditions.
Audio/visual presentations ranging from Surf Casting the Southern California Coast to Bonefish in French Polynesia are on tap in the Destination Theater. Seminars in the auditorium's Catch Room and Release Room are scheduled by fly-fishing notables including Jack Gartside, Joe Humphries, A.K. Best, and Barry Beck.
Commercial exhibitors include a who's who of fly-fishing products and angling destinations from around the world.
The Ontario Convention Center is about 30 minutes east of Downtown Los Angeles off the San Bernardino Freeway at Vineyard and Holt. Show directions from all of Southern California including hotel facilities may be found at http://www.flyfishingshow.com/.
