A new kayak fisherman

My grandkids received kayaks for their birthdays this year and I installed Scotty rod holders on two of them. I took my 9 year old grandson out yesterday for his 1st kayak fishing adventure and what a success. It’s unbelievable how fast kids can learn to maneuver a kayak and use it as a useful fishing tool. Although I had to assist occasionally to remove a hook from a landed fish he was out there doing his own thing on his own boat.
