The Middle P report
#1
I got blown off the Berry Saturday and fished the Middle on the way home. The only fly I needed/used was a size 18 PMD comparadun. I caught 10 fish, one over 16" the others ranged from 8 to 12 inches. The fly worked best once I pulled it just under the surface. I had only had success with a sunken dry fly on still water but it sure worked well yesterday.

BTW the Berry Bryant's Fork to be specific yielded 22 fish until I got off about 1:30.

Thanks for the reports.

It sounds like a good day on Strawberry in spite of getting blown off early.

A couple of us fished Bryant's Fork last Wednesday and were only able to get in three hours of fishing before getting blown off.

We only caught six cutthroats and one rainbow between the two of us. Only one cutthroat was over 15" long.

Thanks for the reports. The #16 comparadun is a great fly!
