Changes at Willard state park
#1
[#800000]I called Parks & Rec this AM to ask if they got my email. They did. And then immediately forwarded it to - wait for it - Willard Bay State Park. [crazy][/#800000]

[#800000]It seems that nobody in the Parks & Rec agency has a clue that this new card actuated gate will not work for either the old Fun Tags or the new Disabled Veterans Pass. Oops![/#800000]

[#800000]So the solution for the time being is this: they will leave the gates open for the time being so that ALL pass holders can enter and then display their pass in the vehicle just as we have always done.[/#800000]

[#800000]That's it for now folks. They (P & R folks) can't/won't say who is looking into this or when they will look into it. But they do now realize that there is a problem. Knowing just how slow things work in government agencies, I'm not looking for a solution this year. [Wink][/#800000]
