i'll be at jordanelle tommorow fishing below the water treatment plant if anyone is in the area drop by and say hi

I have heard several people refer to the water treatment plant at Jordanelle. Where is that? When you fish there, are you fishing in the reservoir or the river below? What do you fish for? How do you get there? Thanks.

easy to get to exit at the hailstone off ramp take your first left ( N ) then your first right ( not into the lodge parking lot ) follow this road to the water treament plant drive thur the gate (ignoring the no tresspassing sign ) go to the right and park away from the building where you see the road going down in the summer you can drive down to the locked gate and walk from there

anywho fished there today for about 2 hours got a ton of perch all about 6" no trout

fished jordenelle today feb 20, two of us brought home 3 rainbows and40 perch. biggest perch was 11 inches, used a white rat finkie and a rainbow colored vertical rapala. caught the bigger perch on the rapala used wax worms and perch meat. ice is still good

oh yes we fished off of the south boat ramp. walked out to 35 ft of water.
