Just wanted to say hello

I am a hillbilly....aka...a West -by god- Virginian

I fish for everything that swims...

I do a lot of "trash fishing"...aka...catfish, carp, bluegill, crappie

I fish for trout and smallmouth as well but I have to travel quite a distance to get into anything decent. I don't have a boat anymore so I don't fish for largemouth. I travel to streams I can wade and fish for trout and smallies.

I can have a line in the water for "trash fish" in about 5-10 minutes from my front door.

I fish a lot at the locks and dams. I have caught almost anything you can imagine there.

If it is swimming in the main rivers, sooner or later it ends up at the locks and I have caught it at least once.

I hope I am not to rough and abrasive for people. I generally call it like I see it.
