Ohio anglers must get their new licence by March first if they want to dip a pole. The fish and game say they will be watching and if youare in state waters, it is concidered poaching. Anyone who has reached the age of 67 can get their licence free by taking their drivers licence to any location that issues licences. 2004-05 rules are out and there is an interesting fishing contest included. Pick up at any location where licences are sold.
