WELCOME to the BFT board. There is some locals in your area that will give you the best tips. They visit the board daily. My only tip is Go fishing once and you will be hooked for life. It is alot of fun. Once you get a handle on it, if you have little ones, take them with you.

Texas Gulf Coast Fisher.

Hello Yup,
Lake Perris is a great lake! If you are getting a boat, I would suggest going straight out from the launch and fishing that shoreline. We have had some great days there, definetly drop shotting 6" cinamon worms (the bass below was caught there on the same bait). I have also had success with waterdogs, I here the castiac trout baits are great for the lunkers, but have yet to try them, good luck!
[laugh] How about a good laugh?
http://www.bigfishtackle.com/comics.htm

Mike H

Good job Yup and Co.
I a had a chance to fish Perris last year with a pro by the name of Eric Brewer. I was green to freshwater and I had an absolute blast. I used to ride watercraft out there and didn't think there was a lot of fish. THERES SOME NICE BASS and pleantiful at Perris. As a matter of fact I fished with the Angler a couple times and If I recall, I took it to em' and he still owes me money. Is that my fish your holding in that picture. LOL

Welcome Yup and CO.

Booyaa To Ya'!
http://www.booyaaclothing.com
Romero
