Fishing carts
#21
"Another thing to think about is weather you plan to carry fish home. "

I know. I was thinking about how much weight I might have in my little boat and realized I could potentially have quite a few pounds of catfish if two people kept 8 apiece. Two limits of fish weighing 6.25 lbs. each would equal 100 lbs! I don't keep many fish anymore but if we were after a bunch for a fry it could be a lot.

Actually I was mainly thinking of the dikes at Lincoln Beach; the golf carts would work fine there. And getting it all in a backpack is a good idea, too. I sure am tired of dragging a sled out onto a lake in the wintertime.

The older I get the more I would rather be considered a good man than a good fisherman.

I have one of the walmart carts. it is nice to pack your goodies in and just toll them along . BUT I would look into something with bigger wheels. it doesn't pull well ion the sand. mud, and rough terrain. The steering has no pivot point the wheels turn not the handle.

I like this. Give Pat a tube of PVC and stand back.
