Whats this about a permit to fish the Oasis? (Strawberry below Starvation)

There is a portion of the river on either side of Hi-way 40 that is Indian land and you need a tribal permit to fish it.

You can fish most of the upper portion of the river, from the dam down about three miles.

Does anybody know how that's looking since the fires?

That part of the river wasn't affected by the fire.

It was the section between Strawberry Reservoir and Starvation.[:/]
