So, I'm fortunate enough to tag along with my wife who will be in some training in Key West at the end of November.  We want to go on charter fishing trip out of Key West while we are there.  My questions:
1) Does anyone know of OR have been on any charters out of Key West?  If so, who do they recommend?
2)  What does someone suggest as a target fish while down there?  Shark, Dolphin, Wahoo, etc? 
I am open to all suggestions.  Thanks!
