Lincoln Beach

Met Lynn this morning to see what we could do. Launched at the rocks bout 6:40. The water was down a bit from 2 weeks ago but still doable for a tube. The walk out to get the motor down was a bit further but not bad. Bugs were pretty bad for a bit. The water temp stayed close to 75.2 the whole time. Made it out to 5.2 FOW of water and  set the motor on 2 and was off. Just past the first spring a willing cat took the Blue Silver flig with a chub tail attached.

That was the only one at that depth. Worked out to 5.5 FOW before anything else . The next one took  a large firetiger buzz flit tipped with
strawberry chicken.

It shut down  then and took a bit to find anymore. Went to shallow and managed 1  in 4. 3 FOW. That one took the Blu/Silver Flig again tipped with chub head again

I hooked 1 more but couldnt bring him to the net. Was fun for sure. I departed bout 10:30. Good to see you again Lynn . Do it again soon

Sounds like a decent trip despite the low water conditions, how long were the cats or did you measure any of them?
