Where is the I-15 boat inspection station located in Idaho for boats entering from Utah? I'm thinking that I remember a notice at Malad, but I would never rely solely on that. Thanks.

It is at the rest area just before you reach Malad.

+1   Its at the rest stop just before Malad exit.

I have not seen any announcements that they have decided to open CJ Strike earlier than it was scheduled to be opened again.  As hot as it has been I think that it is unlikely that it will be opened early.  All other areas are still open to fishing.
