Got to Deercreek

 state park at 6:15am.  The water is up over a foot or more since last Saturday.   I float a jig under a bubble and caught a nice smallmouth bass.  My friend caught 1 rainbow trout.

Nice. Did you go to the floatilla after you went to Deer creek?

I got there about lunch time and met everyone.  Great bunch of people and good food.

I'll answer that one.  He is Rick Johnson...one of my oldest and dearest fishing buddies...going back over 40 years.  He is a BFTer, but does not post much.  Can't even remember his user name.  Something like "wrongarm" (he is a lefty).   He has always been one of the best all around anglers in Utah...for all species.
