Hit Deer Creek late about 10am. Focused on walleye. Trolled cranks and bottom bounced 10-20 feet. Managed only two tiny walleyes, sub-footers, in 9-10 fow on cranks. Went after trout in the afternoon and couldn't buy a bite! However, we scored six very nice rainbows while targeting walleye. Pretty awesome to have a bow blast your bb rig and then go airborn from 15 fow! What happened to the eyes this year? I'm hypothesizing some might be buried very shallow inthe weeds. The water is only about 67f still in the afternoon.

Everything is just delayed, lots of water rocks the eco system. I havent seen a ton of pods, they didn't go any where just that the pattern changed.

(For reference look how much longer willard was producing this year)
