Trailer Ladder
#1
I was fishing with one of my BFT friends, Doitall5000, a few weeks ago. He saw me crawling over the bow to retrieve the boat and said that he could fabricate a ladder attached to the trailer that would make retrieving easier. So a few weeks later, I took him up on the project. After getting some measurements and some pre-fab work, he came to my house to cut and weld the final pieces together. I was extremely pleased. After final cleaning and painting, I mounted the ladder to the boat. Here are the finished photos. I have not as yet used it on the water, but hope to soon.

That is very nice. Probably more sturdy than store bought ones like mine

Nice job. We bought ours and Jeff has been super happy with them, especially since both his knees have been replaced. Kneeling is no fun anymore. Keeps his feet dry as we load and unload our boat.

Yeah, I've got 1 knee replacement (20 yrs ago) and the other is getting old on me. I don't kneel very well either. I think this will really help me particularly in retrieving. And I too refuse to get my feet wet.
