Trolling motor mounting bracket

I have for sale a Panther trolling motor bracket.  It was used for only one season and then I changed boats.  Here are the specs.  This particular model can handle larger motors, but I used it with a 9.9hp.  
It has a max. of 35 HP, 16″ Lift, Aluminum, Model:  55-0416
I want $125 firm.  These cost $395.00 when new on Amazon!  Willing to meet in Cache Valley or you can pick up at my house in Hyde Park, UT
