North Fork Lewis River

Fishing looked slow today. Went up as far as cedar creek hatchery. Two boats using plugs, no luck after 3 hrs, Driters at the hatchery: 2 steelhead in the 10-12lb class. Above the hatchery I arrived while a nice 16lb chromer hit the bank. Water is still high, fast and slightly stained but holding up rather well. The steelie was taken on green spin glo and sandshrimp #1 octupus hook, 4oz lead. No info on the 1st 2 fish.

Good luck and keep fishing....Gamakatsu <*(((><
