never heard of one but sounds like a top water popper for bass what it does is kicks up water with the concave "cup" cut in the front not hard to use cast out and let it set for 20seconds or so if you don't get a hit lower your rod tip about paralell to the water reeling in the slack and give it twitch which should make the lure "pop" reel in the slack and twitch again repeat twitch reel twitch reel try different retreives 3 or 4 pops then stop 3 or 4 more the stop or pop it all the way in with no stops slow down between pops or speep it up keep trying to you find what they want

also keep in mind these type lures work best in low light dawn or dusk and overcast days with no wind are best

spinnerbaits are one of my favorites very easy to fish as they work great as a cast and retrieve lure where you can cover alot of water but a couple of tricks to keep in mind if fishing deep water cast and let it sink watching your line for a hit as the blade spinns on the way down looking like a falling minnow another thing to try is cast it over logs reel it back to you when you get to the far side of the log lower your rod stop reeling and then lift your rod pulling the spinner over again drop your rod allowing the spinner to free fall this will often pruduce bites if it fails to do so start reeling also you can reel it right under the water making ripples another thing to keep in mind is you can catch bass tight i mean real tight to the bank a foot are even closer so make sure you try some cast paralell to the bank good luck on your bass fishing you seem to be on the right track

if you look up above by the top of the page you will see the black box that says articles but your icon on there and click on fresh water and you will find a lot of good info
