Drought Conditions Pull Plug On Fishing

we have afew small lakes and sand pits that dry up ocasionaly the kdwp stocks them with eating size fish when they have water in them. when they start to dry up again then theere are no regulation you can keep every thing you catch. well it's gotta rain sooner or later. i prefer sooner alot of the lakes are getting real low. i'll fish in the rain as long as the wind isn't blowing and it's not to cold.
