The tournament is a weighed tournament with everyone calibrating the scales at the beginning of the tourney ... then you draw a scale and weigh your competitors fish. At the end, you chose your 5 biggest. and submit them to the tournament director. him and one other fisherman compile the cards and tally the weights. bam! the system is set and the winners are chosen
