6 dressed quail, fresh or frozen thawed 1/4 cup CROSSE & BLACKWELL Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup butter 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons molasses 1 teaspoon prepared mustard 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Place quail in a large roasting pan and cover with water. Cover and cook at 300°F. for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a saucepan combine Worcestershire sauce,lemon juice, butter, olive oil, molasses, mustard, hot pepper sauce, salt,and pepper. Cook over low heat until smooth and well mixed. Remove quail from oven; drain and drizzle the sauce on top of quail. Cover, return to oven and bake an additional 20 to 30 minutes, basting frequently. Remove the cover and cook an additional 10 minutes to brown the quail and thicken the sauce.
