The state is reporting that a couple of fisherman caught 100 trout and that 10 where 3-4lbs. They don't tell us where or what was used to catch them. They do say that they were caught on the Farmington River. Bass action seems to be slow due to cold temps. Water temp was only 48 degrees for me on saterday.
