It look like the brain trust that make our regulations on the east coast are gonna Screw New Jersey recreational fishermen AGAIN now they want to take away our slot currently the regs are one fish between 24 and 28 inches and one fish over 28 inches with a third fish over 28 if you posess a bonus card but the idiots at the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commisission want to take away our slot making the limit one fish over 28 inches but only in New Jersey these guys really tick me off they constantly target NJ but not the other states reducing the rec harvest while increasing the commercial harvest currently there is no commercial harvest of striped bass in New Jersey but this may change later in the summer along with the loss of the recreational slot[mad]
