Where O'where are the Tilapia
#1
[left][size 2][font "Comic Sans MS"]I have read that Tilapia exist in Lake Mead but can't find any information on where to find them or what they feed on. If anyone out there knows anything specific, please let me know. I know reellittlephish had mentioned them in one of his posts. Hey there Powermaker, The Tilapia out here in Cali love nightcrawlers. We usually catch them on a double dropper loop or double drop shot with #12 or 14 hooks. They seem to be best at 12 and 20 inches from the bottom if you are bank fishing and you could use the same rig from a bobber if you are fishing from a boat or tube.

Only use enough worm to cover the hook because they like to steal bait just like bluegills do.

Good luck.
