1000 Island Hot Spots Wanted

I'm going to visit a friend who has a cottage on the water in the 1000 Islands. We only get up there once a year, so we'd like to make the best of our fishing time. I'm looking for some favorite hot spots (North end of Such and Such Island, etc.). You can PM me if you don't want to broadcast your secret spot to the entire on-line community. I won't tell anyone, I promise. We fish mostly for bass and pike. I don't know the area very well, but he seems to know the islands by name.

Unfortunately, as his boat is already in the water, I don't think I'll be able to talk him into Black Lake. Maybe I'll be able to get there with a friend of mine later in the year though.
