[size 2] [font "Comic Sans MS"] I'm very new to the world of baitcasting. Picked one up a few weeks ago and didn't get any type of manual with it. I have figured out most of the workings of the reel except for a spring loaded slide in the front of the reel. Just wondering what this thing does or doesn't. Please see attached photo. I'm sure this isn't any new technology, or I'm hoping it's not. Thank you in advanced. [/font] [/size]

i have the same reel a rhino i believe that little button is to take off the left hand side plate slide it to the right grab the left hand side plate and twist down it will pop right off
