Lake McConaughy
#1
Fishing:The surface water temperature is 70 degrees. North Platte River inflow into McConaughy is approximately 160 c.f.s., with an outflow of 1,350 c.f.s. Walleye success remains excellent throughout the entire lake drifting worms and leeches in 10 to 30 feet of water. Anglers are also having excellent success on larger walleye and wipers trolling crankbaits in the Lemoyne and Kelly Bay areas, and also near the dam. White bass catches have also been good in many areas trolling or casting crankbaits. -- I&E Staff
