fishing rod

high guys, I am new to this site and am looking for some information on a rod I have seen advertised in the UK. It was a telescopic rod that could be hooked on a belt or put in a very small area, came with spinners and gigs etc. I cannot remeber what it was called or where to get it. Can any one help please ????<br><br>

it just so happens that I own three such setups and all three will fit in my tackle box or the gove box ov my car.<br><br>they are 6 foot rods that colapses down to 15 inches.<br><br>I use them on every thing from bass on down, and an ocational 15 pound carp.<br><br>K-Mart and Wall - Mart both carry the same setup with hokks and jigs and stuff for around $30.<br><br>mine I have had for over 20 years and have gone through several reels on them and the number of fish caught (astronmical) needless to say I have been very happy with my rods.<br><br>I would not be afraid to purchas one of those combos from eather stores thirty dollars for a rod that wil make you happy is a good envestment with out a doubt, but I would how ever, invest in to a good reel and use the one in the kit as a kids reel or an emergency back up. the reels are of lesser quality <br><br>you can pick up a nice reel here at Bigfishtackle superstore for a reasonable price.<br><br>just a side not on my rods I spent $3 each for them 20 years ago. talk aboout getting your money's worth. it had been my the best investment that I ever made. <br><br><A HREF="http://myweb.ecomplanet.com/MESS6438/" target="_new">http://myweb.ecomplanet.com/MESS6438/</A> <br>For Kids Sake <br>Recycle your old Equipment<br>Dave

Dave, thanks for your prompt reply. As I live in the UK and saw the rod in question on a TV sales site, cannot remember which and the wall mart and K mart are not big in the Uk then I think I will not get one. If you have any idea if they can be bought via the internet or you kown the name of the rod and manufacturer then any further information will be greatly appreciated.<br><br>
